General Conditions of Sale of Actif Jobs Human Resources Services

  1. Purpose

    These conditions govern the sale and provision of subscription-based Actif Jobs online services related to human resources management, currently operating under https://www.actifjobs.com and https://www.actifjobs.ma domains.

  2. Subscription & Access

    • Users purchase access to the SaaS platform through monthly or annual subscriptions.
    • Access to paid-services can only be granted upon payment confirmation and remains active for the subscription duration.
    • Users that violate privacy policy or any other legal means can be banned any time, without any refund awarded.

  3. Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are displayed on the website and may be subject to change. Actifjobs reserved the right to amend prices without notice.
    • Payment is due upfront via accepted payment methods, bank cards and bank transfer.
    • For bank transfers, it is sole responsibility of the client to inform Actifjobs on time.
    • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled in advance at least 3 working days before the renewal date.
    • Online payment is managed by Markushu SARL registered at No. 410 Zerktouni Ave. Residence, Hamad 1er floor N:1 Casablanca with fiscal ID: 20680163 & commercial registration 359333

  4. User Obligations

    • Users must provide accurate account information and maintain confidentiality.
    • Use of the service must comply with applicable local laws, must not infringe third-party rights.
    • Providing access to 3rd parties without consent of Actif Jobs or outside the limits of user subscription plan is strictly forbidden.
    • Re-distribution of personal & commercial information without written consent of Actif Jobs platform may result in ban to access and legal action.

  5. Intellectual Property

  6. All software content, design, trademarks, logos and tools are the property of Actif Jobs.
  7. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service or web site without written consent of Actif Jobs.

  8. Service Availability

    • The platform aims for 99.9% uptime but may be subject to maintenance or outages due to unforeseen circumstances including force majeure.
    • Support is provided through designated channels during business hours, which can be found on CONTACT page of Actif Jobs.

  9. Termination & Cancellation

    • Users may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current billing cycle, no refunds are available within the subscription period.
    • Cancellations that deserve refunds will be processed within a week, and returned to user in same manner as the payment is received.
    • The provider may suspend or terminate service for violation of above mentioned conditions at any time, without prior notice.

  10. Liability & Warranty

  11. The service is provided “as-is” with no guarantees of specific outcomes.
  12. The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business or personal damages. Actif Jobs aims to provide services with the best possible outcome and good intentions.

  13. Data Protection

    Personal and organizational data is handled in accordance with privacy laws and the provider’s Privacy Policy, which can be obtained on Actif Jobs web site.

  14. Governing Law

    These conditions are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Morocco.
