    Contract Type: Annual contract after 3 months trial period

    We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and manage our daily tasks. You will be responsible for operational support to ensure the smooth running of our activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day a range of administrative tasks.
    • Handle incoming enquiries over digital channels.
    • Organise meetings, weekly schedules, projects with external partners.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum high school degree with some work experience.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic “Social Media Content Creator Intern” to join our team in Casablanca. This position offers hands-on experience in content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing strategies working alongside sales team and directors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok).
    • Write and edit material, captions, and posts.
    • Contribute to content planning and strategy.
    • Learn and create video content.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum high school diploma (higher education in media, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
    • Graduate or current student in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related degree.
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Intermediate English as a 2nd language.
    • Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
    • Based in Casablanca for in-office work (no remote work).
    • Previous experience in social media channels.

    Additional Information:

    • At the end of the internship, a certificate of completion and references will be provided.

  4. Social Media Manager

    Location: Casablanca, Morocco

    Contract: Full-time

    We are looking for a qualified and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Casablanca. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of paid professional experience in social media management and a base for digital marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn).
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
    • Create relevant content of posts & video to stay on top of trends.
    • Respond to community comments and messages.
    • Track and analyze social media performance indicators to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with directors on campaigns and promotions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum high school diploma (degree in media/digital marketing is a plus).
    • At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management.
    • Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
    • Experience with tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.
    • Intermediate English as a 2nd language.
    • Good communication and creativity skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Must be based in Casablanca (hybrid possible).
