How do I create a profile? What are best steps to set up myself on ActifJobs?
First, create an account. Then, set up your profile by entering your career details. Lastly, enter
your job preferences. Now, you are ready to go and search for jobs.
Click "Sign Up" and follow the steps to enter basic user and company details. You can signup with a
gmail or facebook account of the company if easier for you. Then go to PROFILE tab and complete
company details.
How do I post a job opening? How do I search for jobs?
After you signup and login, go to SEARCH JOBS on the left and filter jobs by title, location,
industry etc.
After signing up and logging in, you will see the POST JOB button on your dashboard. Fill out the
details about the position, and then submit it for review.
How can I see who applied for my job advert? How do I make AI engine get the best possible jobs?
Make sure you give all details of your career when setting up your profile and entering Job
Preferences. Remember, CVs are dead! We use your career data to provide you the best list of jobs
through our AI search. Always keep profile and preferences updated.
From your dashboard, click on the job listing you want to view. All applicants will be listed there
with their profiles, AI matching score and application status.
How do you help me for my language skills? How can I make use of the CNSS Calculator?
Starting with English and French, we have language tests that determine your level. You will also
receive information about how to improve your level. After this, you can get further help from our
language partners.
Our CNSS Calculator is designed with latest technology and regularly updated with legal figures. You
can compare salary details of your employees based on their conditions and see where they can
benefit more.
Can I edit a job post after it goes live? How do I upgrade my account?
Go to your account settings on top right corner and choose BILLING in dropdown menu. You can choose
to make a bank transfer or pay by bank card and upgrade your plan.
Yes, you can. Go to your active job listings on your dashboard, and you'll find an "Edit" option for
each post.
why do you need to verify my whatsup number and my email? How do I upgrade my account?
We want to make sure you keep your identity safe and receive updates & alerts if you opted for
communication vi whatsup and email channels.
Go to your account settings on top right corner and choose BILLING in dropdown menu. You can choose

education, certificates, languages and skills. You can do so via your LinkedIn Profile, manual entry
or uploading your latest CV in word or pdf file.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We will send you a link to
reset your password.
How do I apply for a job? How do I contact a job seeker?
Click on a job listing and then click the "Apply Now" button. Your application gets submitted using
your saved profile.
You can use our built-in messaging system. Click on an applicant's profile and then click "Chat".
Does your AI engine decide who gets which job? How do you deal with Fake CVs or incorrect data?
A question we often face! No, the AI is NOT a decision-maker, the EMPLOYER is the decision maker.
Our AI engine only suggests candidates in the best interest of the employer, and do not forget that
our AI engine is an alternative tool for the Employer. If the Employer wants, they can switch off
and evaluate job seekers themselves, as they like.
Other than AI help, we run a human check on CVs coming in and verify that job seekers are real
before putting up the CV data in our database. Any such attempt is not tolerated and will result in
job seeker being banned from our network indefinitely.
Is Actifjobs platform run solely by AI? Does the AI engine decide what candidates we see for the adverts?
No, we have a staff team who manage backoffice and regularly check on what our AI engine is
progressing. Our unique point is that we are blending AI to the human resources process but we are
still there for you when you need us as humanly as one can be.
No, the AI engine does NOT decide, it is only a tool you can use as a company to make decisions. Our
AI engine will only suggest you candidates based on your choices and is an alternative tool. You can
switch if off any time you like!
How can I make use of the CNSS Calculator? Is Actifjobs platform run solely by AI?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We will send you a link to
reset your password.
Yes, you can, at any time. The current month will not be refunded if cancellation is made after 1st
of the month. Rest will be sent back to you within a week.
Fake CVs or incorrect data, how do you deal with it? How to delete our account?
We constantly monitor incoming CVs and such data by human eye and judgment, cross-check from
multiple sources if necessary. Any such attempt is not tolerated and will result in job seeker being
banned from our network indefinitely.

statement signed stamped to proceed.
Can I cancel my subscription? Do you sell our company data?
Yes, you can, at any time! The current month will not be refunded if cancellation is requested after
1st of the month. Rest of your subscription will be sent back to you within a week.
No, we don't. We use company data within Actifjobs to search and find new employees for companies,
with consent. Our client's data never leave Actifjobs ecosystem, be it online or offline. For legal
matters, if this is requested by a public body or legal authority, we will make necessary enquiries
and advise you timely before any action.
Why do you ask for my national ID number?
This is essential for you to receive a legal job offer letter and move forward to a contract
according to labor laws of Morocco, therefore we suggest you to fulfil the requirement as necessary.
Do you sell my personal data?
No, we don't. We use data within Actifjobs to search and find job seekers better opportunities, and
with previous consent, show to employers who might give you a chance. Your data never leaves
Actifjobs ecosystem in any way, online or offline.
How to delete my account?
